Our Story

My name is Virginia, the face behind Sweet Virginia's Bakery. I'm a registered nurse by day and baker by night. I have been baking Christmas cookies with my mom for as long as I can remember. That love for baking only grew and at 16, I started teaching myself different decorating techniques. In 2014, I created Sweet Virginia's Bakery. I'm completely self taught and am continuously learning new methods.  Originally from Georgia, I started to really grow the business in San Diego, and now we are located in San Antonio, Texas.

My wonderful husband, Todd, helped me kick start the business. He manages the business side of things, creating all the invoices, contracts, and often helps me reply to emails.
